According to the Articles of Association:

Any individual aged 16 or over, who supports the Charitable Purposes and wishes to become a member of the Company must apply by means of a written and signed Membership Registration Form and return it to the Company Secretary.

The Board will consider applications promptly. If there have been no requests for further information from the applicant within one month the application is deemed successful.

The Company should be informed of cessation of membership.

Membership is free.

Members, other than officials and authorised Games Day volunteers, must pay for entry on Games Day.

Patrons, whether members or not, are welcomed as supporters of the Games and can apply by contacting the Ballater Highland Games at .

A Patrons’ Package, including two tickets to the Patrons’ Enclosure; a car park ticket; a souvenir programme; and complimentary drinks tickets, which allow them to enjoy refreshments the Trustees, Convenors’ groups and other guests in the Hospitality Marquee where refreshments are available in exchange for tickets issued before the Games. Early applicants can have heir names included in the Games Programme if they wish.
